Hit-And-Run Kills Man In Delco, Investigation Underway: Police
The striking vehicle was a light-colored SUV/crossover, according to State Police.
CHESTER HEIGHTS, PA — A hit-and-run is under investigation after a driver struck and killed a man Friday night in Delaware County, authorities said.
Troopers responded to the incident shortly before midnight on the Baltimore Pike at Red Roof Drive in Chester Heights. The victim, Steven Hulsey, was lying unconscious in the northbound lanes of the pike, according to State Police.
Rocky Run EMS rendered aid at the scene and brought Hulsey to Riddle Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Pennsylvania State Police believe the collision happened between 11:30 and 11:50 p.m. Friday.
