I-476 North Lane Closing This Week In Marple Area: PennDOT
The road will close for several hours for three days this week as crews work to survey the area, PennDOT said.

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA – Northbound Interstate 476 will have a lane closure in Marple Township for several days this week to accommodate survey work, PennDOT said.
I-476 North will see a single lane closure between the U.S. 1 (Lima/Springfield) Interchange and the Route 320 (Sproul Road) overpass Monday, Aug. 20 through Thursday, Aug. 23.
The lane will close from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., PennDOT said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on northbound I-476 in the work area because backups and delays will occur.
The contractor’s schedule is weather dependent.
