July Newtown Square Health Inspections: Bonefish Grill, Starbucks

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture inspected a few Newtown Square-area establishments recently. Here's what they found.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture inspected a Newtown Square-area establishments in July. Two of the inspected facilities were found to be in violation of various health codes.

Bonefish Grill at 4889 West Chester Pike was found to be in violation of eight codes during a July 5 inspection. Those included stained cutting boards, clean dish racks stored on the floor, mold on hand washing stations, flies in the bar area, and more.

Starbucks at 4895 West Chester Pike had two violations in its July 5 inspection. Those were missing ceiling tiles in a back room and the original certificate for the certified food employee was not posted in public view.
