Lane On Newtown Street Road Closing Fo PECO Work
PennDOT said a lane on Newtown Street Road in Newtown Township will be closed next week due to PECO work.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Newtown Street Road will have a lane closure next week due to PECO gas main replacement, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, the road will have a lane closure Monday, June 8, through Friday, June 12,
The closure will be in effect each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

PennDOT said the affected area is between Reese Avenue and Alpha Drive.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
