Man Found Shot To Death On I-95 In Delaware County

Pennsylvania State Police were called to I-95 south in Tinicum Township and found a man dead from a gunshot wound.

TINICUM TOWNSHIP, PA — Pennsylvania State Police have launched a homicide investigation following a crash on Interstate 95 in Delaware County.

State police were called to mile marker 9 on Interstate 95 south in Tinicum Township at about 5:29 p.m. Monday for a report of a crash.

Troopers found a man dead from a gunshot wound at the scene.

Police identified the victim as Clifford Douby, 31.

Police did not provide any information on what led to the shooting.
