Man Sought After Shooting Incident In Delaware County: Police
Upper Darby Police said William Bartlett is possibly in a mental health crisis and missing after he fired a gun at an unoccupied car Monday.

UPPER DARBY, PA — A man who fired a gun and is believed to be suffering a mental health crisis is sought by authorities in Delaware County.
Upper Darby Police said William Bartlett, 35, of Drexel Hill, is wanted for a Monday night shooting incident on the 3200 block of Plumstead Avenue.
Police said two shots were fired at an unoccupied vehicle during a domestic incident Monday.

No one was hurt, police said.
Bartlett was identified as the suspect, but his whereabouts are unknown, police said.

He is wanted on charges of recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, intimidating a witness or victim, and more crimes, court records show.
Police said Bartlett is believed to be suffering a mental health crisis and is in possession of a handgun.
