Troopers learned a woman was alone in the business when a man, later identified as O'Shea, came in and started talking with her.
She went into a backroom of the business, and O'Shea followed her in, police said. There, he physically assaulted her and tried to rape her, according to authorities.

He was taken into custody nearby, and the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.
