Marple Newtown High Scores Well in Reading Proficiency

U.S. News and World Report recently released its 2013 Best High Schools list.

Several Philadelphia-area high schools—including Conestoga High School in Berwyn, Radnor High School in Radnor, Lower Merion High School in Lower Merion and Great Valley High School in Malvern—made the list.

Marple Newtown High School did not rank within the "Best Of" list but did score well in the report's proficient in reading.

U.S. News and World Report looked at more than 21,000 public schools across the country, according to its website, and more than 150 schools from Pennsylvania made the list.
