Marple, Newtown Roads Affected By Work This Week
Milling and Paving work will be affecting traffic on roads in Marple and Newtown townships this week, PennDOT said.
MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — Roads in Marple and Newtown townships are affected by work this week, according to PennDOT.
Sproul and Saint Davids roads will have lane closures and lane restrictions, respectively.
Sproul Road/Route 320 is seeing a single lane closure between State Road/US 1 and West Chester Pike/Route 3 in Springfield and Marple townships for milling and paving operations.

The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Oct. 5
Saint Davids Road will be restricted between Newtown Street Road/Route 252 and Aronwold Lane in Newtown Township for milling and paving work on Monday, Sept. 30

Restrictions with flagging will be in place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for milling and paving work.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
