Marple Township Campaign Seeking Canvassers

A local campaign in Marple Township, Pennsylvania is seeking canvassers to assist with petition signature gathering between February 17 and March 10. Candidates must have proof of residency in Marple Township in order to qualify for the position. All requisite training and materials will be provided. Compensation is commensurate with experience and availability. Ideal candidates will be available in the evenings and on weekends during the petition period.

*Duties will include, but are not limited to:*

• Canvassing door-to-door, at community events and high-traffic areas to gather petition signatures, as directed by the campaign team.

• Carefully following all instructions for the proper completion of petitions.

• Constantly communicating with the campaign team to relay results and work through potential problems quickly.

  • Engaging registered voters around the campaign’s messaging and accurately tracking responses.

*Qualifications:*

• Candidates must have proof of residency within Marple Township in order to qualify.

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience meeting deadlines.

• Access to a vehicle or other viable transportation mode to travel throughout Marple Township.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends from February 17 through March 10.
