Meet the Chef/Owners: Jim and Chris Costalas
This week Patch sat down with the owners and chefs of Charlotte's restaurant in Newtown Square.

is a family affair. Gus Costalas named the restaurant after his mother and raised his two boys in the restaurant. Today, both Jim and Chris Costalas run the place. We the family-run restaurant a few weeks ago and gave you a of the place.
Now we give you a brief, inside look of the men behind the restaurant. Patch sat down with the two brothers for a quick-fire interview and, in true restaurateur fashion, only one of the brothers had time for the whole interview. Read below to find out more.
