Men's Night Out at the Wayne Art Center, Dec. 11

Enjoy an evening with the guys! Chef Michael Dorris (of The Mildred) will be in The Kitchen at the Wayne Art Center demonstrating how to prepare braised beef short ribs, triple-cooked French fries and more. Bring your appetite because he’ll have plenty to share. Justin Scappaticci of Capital Wine and Spirits will be on hand to match each dish with a complementary Scotch whisky, explaining his choices as well as the history and depth of whisky.
