All affected voters included on this list of challenged provisional ballots are invited to attend a special hearing at 1 p.m. in the County Council Meeting Room on the first floor of the Government Center Building, 201 W. Front Street in Media, to observe the proceedings and present testimony and evidence should the board seek additional information.

The hearing room will be subject to a headcount limit, social distancing of at least 6 feet will be strictly observed and all attendees will be required to wear a mask. An overflow room will be used, with live video and audio streaming for those in attendance.

All challenged provisional ballots will be reviewed by the Delaware County Board of Elections, regardless of attendance. Failure to attend the hearing will not automatically result in a disqualified ballot.
