New Delco DA, Council, Judge Induction Set For Jan 3, Jan 6
Five county judges, three council members, and the new district attorney will be inducted into office in early January in Media.
MEDIA, PA — New judges, council members, and the new district attorney in Delaware County will be inducted into office in early January, according to officials.
Two ceremonies will be held, one on Friday, Jan. 3 for five judges, and the other on Jan. 6 for the new council members and the new DA.
An induction ceremony for judge re-elect Linda A. Cartisano and newly elected judges Nusrat J. Rashid, Richard H. Lowe, Stephanie H. Klein, and Kelly D. Eckel will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3.

Then at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 6, council members Christine A. Reuther, Elaine Paul Schaefer and Dr. Monica Taylor and District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer will be inducted into office.
Both ceremonies will be held in the Honorable John V. Diggins Ceremonial Courtroom/Courtroom #1, 201 W. Front St. in Media.

Then at about 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 6, the public County Council organization meeting will take place in the County Council meeting room in the Government Center after the induction.
