Newtown Road Lanes Closing Next Week For PECO Work
PennDOT said lanes on Newtown Road in Newtown Township will close next week due to utility installations by PECO.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — PECO Energy is planning single lane closures in Newtown Township next week for utility installations, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, Newtown Road/Route 252 will have lane closures Monday, May 13 through Friday, May 17.
Closures will be in place weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between Sawmill Road and St. Davids Road in Newtown Township.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
