Newtown Square Company Donates 1,100 Lbs Of Food To Delco Drive

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – An international company that calls Newtown Square its North American home recently chipped in to help out needy families in Delaware County this holiday season

According to county officials, SAP North America collected more than 1,000 pounds of food to give to Delaware County families in need during the holidays.

On Dec. 18, SAP's Jennifer Morgan, President, Americas and Asia Pacific Japan, Global Customer Operations along, with SAP employees, presented Delaware County Vice Chair Colleen Morrone and Delaware County Human Services Director Joe Dougherty with the food donation for Delaware County’s annual Holiday Food Drive.

In total, the donation weighed about 1,100 pounds, according to county officials.

Food donations can be made at any time to the Delaware County Interfaith Food Assistance Network (DIFAN), administered by Family and Community Service.
