Newtown Square Man Charged In Wayne Road Rage Incident: Police

Police in Tredyffrin Township charged the man with several crimes, including simple assault, reckless driving, harassment, and more.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – A Newtown Square man is facing several charges in connection with a Wayne road rage incident, according to Tredyffrin Township Police.

Police said Francis X. Masse II was involved in a road rage incident on Sept. 16 in Wayne.

The incident occurred on Swedesford Road, according to police.

Court records show Masse faces two counts of simple assault, as well as one court each of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.

Masse is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing on the charges Nov. 2.
