Newtown Square Office Building Part Of $36M Sale: Report

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – A Newtown Square office building was sold as part of a seven-building deal that came to the tune of $36 million, according to a report.

The Office building at 3409 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square was among the seven properties that were included in the $36 million deal that included SSH Real Estate brokering the sale.

Additionally, offices at 456 Creamery Way, 100 Campbell Blvd. and 468 and 486 Thomas Jones Way in Exton were included with the sale.

Two other offices in West Chester Square – 1025 Andrew Drive and 1234 West Chester Pike in West Chester – were also part of the sale according to Commercial Property Executive.
