No Injuries After Entrapment Reported In Marple Kitchen Fire

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — First responders in Marple were prepared to rescue someone from a burning building Tuesday, but luckily, no one was hurt in the incident.

The Broomall Fire Company and other fire companies were called to the unit block of Brighton Village at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a building fire with entrapment.

Crews on scene found a kitchen fire in a condo and were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.

The fire company said no one was in the home and no one was reportedly injured.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
