Paxon Hollow Road Closed Weekdays Through April 29
PennDOT said Aqua Pennsylvania is working on water main installation on a portion of Paxon Hollow Road through late April.
MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Paxon Hollow Road in Marple is closed weekdays through late April to accommodate Aqua Pennsylvania work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, Paxon Hollow Road is closed from Jamestown Road to just west of Worthington Drive for water main installation.
The road is closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Work will last through April 29, PennDOT said.
During the closure, Paxon Hollow Road motorists will be directed to use Route 320/Sproul Road, Cedar Grove Road, Route 252/Newtown Street Road, and Palmers Mill Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays may occur.
