Philly Porn Star Suing Josh Duggar Over ‘Terrifying’ Sex

An adult film actress who says Josh Duggar assaulted her during two sexual encounters in last summer in Philadelphia has filed a lawsuit against the former “19 Kids and Counting” star.

The woman, whose stage name is Danica Dillon, filed the lawsuit Tuesday against the 27-year-old disgraced reality star, ABC News reports. The lawsuit alleges Duggar “physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.”

She is seeking $500,000 in damages for what she is calling “terrifying” sex on two occasions.
