Second Chance Wheels: Chester County Rallies for the 3rd Annual Bicycle Recycling Event
East Whiteland, PA — This spring, something as simple as a bike can open a door. On Saturday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., neighbors across the region are invited to turn unused bicycles into life-changing opportunities at Valley Creek Park.
Hosted by the Transportation Management Association of Chester County in partnership with Bike Chester County, this Community Bike Donation Drive keeps bikes out of landfills and puts them back into the hands of those who need them most.
Have a gently used bike collecting dust in your garage, shed, or basement? Donate young adult and adult bikes and give them a second chance. Each one will be refurbished and redistributed to individuals who rely on affordable transportation to reach work, school, food, and essential services.
For three years TMACC and Bike Chester County have held this event to celebrate May's Bike Month with purpose and heart.
Load up your car, meet the volunteers, and be part of something meaningful. Big ask: Share this event with friends, neighbors, and family and help keep the wheels of opportunity turning.

Cliff Hillis is an award winning singer/songwriter based in the Philadelphia area whose music evokes the sunny pop of the 70’s and has garnered national radio airplay. Suzanne Lavine is a singer/songwriter/guitarist based in Ardmore, PA, whose 60’s-influenced pop songs will pull at your heartstrings. Advance General Admission seating $18. Advance VIP Reserved Table seating $28. At the Door $35.&nbsp;
Doors open at 7pm. 7:30 show. Advance ticket sales close 5pm day of show. Any remaining tickets available at the door.
BYOB is welcome for an additional $5 donation per drinker. Disposable cups and ice provided.

The Havertown Choristers, the handbell choir from Temple Lutheran Church, the Armenian Martyrs' Congregational Church Choir, and a combined choir from various congregations, along with harpsichord, and soloists will provide an enjoyable hour of music which will be interspersed with stories of our history as we celebrate our country's 250th birthday.&nbsp;
