BROOMALL, PA — A Broomall man could spend up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to a sexual offense charge, court records show.
James Diamond, 21, pleaded guilty in court Monday to a charge filed against him in connection with a 2019 incident.
According to the Delaware County Daily Times, authorities said Diamond forced himself onto a 16-year-old victim in August 2019.

Diamond was also accused of bloodying the victim's mouth during the incident, the outlet reports.
Charges of rape, sexual assault, and indecent assault by forcible compulsion were dropped against Diamond.

He will spend 2-and-a-half to 10 years in prison as a result of his guilty plea.
