Sign Up For Marple Police Citizens Police Academy
The 10-week program will give participants an inside look at the police department, its officers, and the issues we face in the community.

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Marple Township Police are taking applications for the annual Citizens Police Academy.
The academy will be held once a week at 7 p.m. starting Tuesday, Sept. 3.
All classes will be held at the Marple Township Police Station, located at 1001 Sussex Boulevard.

Those who join the academy will get an inside look at the police department, its officers, and the issues we face in the community.
To get a spot in the academy, you must be at least 21 years old and undergo a criminal background check.

Applications for the academy are due by 7 p.m. Aug. 23. Completed applications are to be retuned to the police department.
Admittance to the academy is on a first-come, first-served basis.
