What business are you in? We are in the eye WEAR and eye CARE business! WE offer comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens exams, contacts and eyewear for every style and price. We want to be a "visionary" in eyewear, offering the newest styles and materials in the industry.

Why start a business in this town?

NTS is an awesome town for business! It has the heart of a small town and the soul of a city. The community is supportive of small business and local owners.

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

I feel that the internet has changed every small business in America. I make a point of offering what online businesses can’t offer - personal service. At Visionary, every customer deals with the owner, who wants every customer to leave happy.

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?

I am so happy to watch my customers families grow. I have countless families that I’ve watched grow up, get married and now those kids bring their own families back to Visionary. It’s very satisfying.

How does your business give back to the community?

We donate gently used eyewear to the Lions Club and we annually raise funds for Type 1 Diabetes, a cause close to our hearts. We also donate to local schools and clubs for their fund raising efforts.
