Surrey Services Exercise for Seniors

Senior Citizen Exercise

Surrey Services for Seniors offers several types of exercise designed for our senior citizens. Sessions are either 45 minutes or one hour long. They are offered Monday through Thursday at Surrey Broomall at the Trinity Church on Lawrence Road in Broomall. All fitness levels are welcome. Just learn to pace yourself.

On most Monday afternoons, a session of YogaStretch provides a variety of stretching exercises in both seated and standing positions. These positions involve stretching and reaching your limbs and gently bending your body into easy to reach positions that are designed to target specific muscle groups and improve flexibility and reinforce your balance.

Tuesday mornings get started with a series of exercises designed to improve cardio, strength, and balance. Once again, these exercises are offered in either seated or standing positions. Then you are ready to enjoy the Freedom of Dancing exercise group the next day.
