The suspect — Brian Joseph Lashley, 36, of Philadelphia — ran through the parking lot, across Reed Road and into the woods across the street before he was arrested, police said.
All three people were arraigned and placed in the Delaware County Prison after failing to post bail.
Lashley was charged with multiple theft offenses, along with possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, and fleeing police.
Police did not publicly identify the other suspects or share their charges.
Lashley's bail was set at $55,000. He's set to return to court April 16 for a preliminary hearing.
He didn't have a listed attorney in online court records for Patch to contact on Thursday.
