'Take A Bite Out of Autism' In Newtown Square Next Week

Next week, area restaurants will converge on Newtown Square for a dinner event that will benefit The Timothy School.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – Popular restaurants around the area will converge on Newtown Square next week to participate in a dinner event that will benefit The Timothy School for children with autism.

The annual "Take A Bite Out of Autism" benefit will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 26 at The Barn at Liseter in Newtown Square.

Featured restaurants that will be offering signature dishes at the benefit event include Limoncello, Margaret Kuo’s Mandarin, Davio’s, John Serock Catering, Aneu Catering, Bonefish Grill, and more.

Not only will the night feature great food, there will be auction items and entertainment, as well.

The Timothy School, located in Berwyn, is the oldest non-profit approved private school in Pennsylvania devoted exclusively to teaching students with autism. The school has served the community for more than 50 years.

The school’s mission has expanded to increase community awareness of the needs of children and adolescents with autism through professional orientations and volunteer community service opportunities.
