Terroristic Threats, More Charges Filed After Marple Incident: Police
A Springfield man was charged with terroristic threats, fleeing police, and more after an incident at Royal Farms, Marple Police said.
MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Terroristic threats, fleeing police, and more charges were filed against a Delaware County man after an incident at a convenience store Friday, according to authorities.
The incident occurred at about 1:49 a.m. Friday at Royal Farms, Marple township Police said.
Officers were called to the store, 2130 West Chester Pike, for a report of a person with a gun.

Police said the man left the area but quickly found him and took him into custody.
Court records show Michael Francis Donohue, 28, of Springfield, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, impersonating a public servant, fleeing or attempting to elude police, and harassment.

Donohue was held on 10 percent of $15,000 bail, according to court records.
He is scheduled for a June 20 preliminary hearing, court records show.
