This Week's sales!

I ALWAYS like to know what's happening in my neighborhood and as a happy resident of Marple Township for the past ten years I thought for this Friday post I'd let you in on the sales in Marple Township this past week.  

1. 92 North Malin Road sold for $265,756.  It's a large 5 bedroom 2 bath colonial with a pool!  

2. 2611 Radcliffe Road sold for $289,900.  That is a beautiful one story ranch home on a 1/2 acre lot.

3.  207 Ashford Drive sold for $315,000.  That's a three bedroom  one bath split level and it's gorgeous.
