Two Roads In Marple Restricted Nightly This Week

PennDOT said two roads in Marple Township will be affected by paving work this week, according to PennDOT

MARPLE, PA – Two roads in Marple Township will be affected by overnight work this week, according to PennDOT.

Route 320 (Sproul Road) between Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Clyde Road in Marple Township – as well as Radnor and Haverford townships – and Eagle Road/Glendale Road between Springfield Road and Route 3 (West Chester Pike) in Marple, Springfield, Haverford townships will be restricted from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, Aug. 30, PennDOT said.

Restrictions are to accommodate milling and paving work that is part of an improvement project to repair and resurface 10 miles of state highway in Delaware County

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur.
