Vehicles Broken Into Thursday Night In Newtown Square
Police said each vehicle broken into had items sitting out in plain view and that others without visible items were left alone.
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — Three vehicles had windows smashed Thursday night in Newtown Square, police said. After the windows were broken, items were taken from the vehicles.,
According to Newtown Township Police, officers were called to the parking lot of UNO Pizzeria & Grill on the 3900 block of West Chester Pike.
They found three vehicles had windows smashed.

Personal belongings and a laptop computer was stolen from each vehicle, police said.
According to police, everything that was taken was left on the seat of each vehicle, in plain view.

"We ask people to stop leaving personal belongings inside their vehicle in plain view," police said. "Vehicles in the parking lot which did not have valuables in plain view were left alone."
