Virtual Expungement Clinic Being Held For Delco Arrestees Monday

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — People who have been arrested in Delaware County have a chance next week to have their records expunged thanks to a virtual clinic being held by two elected officials.
State Rep. Joanna McClinton and State Sen. Anthony Williams are hosting a virtual expungement clinic on Martin Luther King Jr. Day for anyone who has been arrested in Delaware County.
Legal experts will be on hand to examine records and determine which charges or convictions can be expunged/sealed as well as answer your questions.

The clinic will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday.
Registration is required and only available to those with arrests in Delaware County. Register online here.

Only non-convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years are eligible for expungement. Additionally, those seeking expungement must have no current criminal charges and must not be serving probation time
