Free Coffee at Wawa No. 24 as it Celebrates 45 Years
Wawa will toast its customers and associates with free coffee all day Friday.

The 45th anniversary of Wawa's 24th store located at 10 N. Newtown Street Road in Newtown Square will take place Friday.
The Newtown Square store was built in 1968.
Wawa will host a family reunion-style in-store celebration at 8:30 a.m. on Friday and will toast its customers and associates with free coffee all day.

Customers will be invited to take pictures with Wawa’s Mascots Wally Goose at a special in-store photo booth and can enter to win a week’s worth of coffee by filling out an entry form.
The store’s General Manager Paul Halko will present identified long-time customers with a specially designed golden travel mug, filled with one month’s worth of free Wawa coffee coupons and specialty beverages. Each of these customers will also be presented with a ceremonial “key to the store," according to a Wawa press release.

Wawa will also recognize its longest-term associates at the store with Wawaversary GooseBumps an internal Wawa recognition program of gear and prizes.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure will also be recognized with a Wawa donation of $45,000 that will go toward continued event sponsorship for the annual Race for The Cure that takes place on May 12 this year, according to a Wawa press release.
This is the final year Wawa will be hosting Wawaversary celebrations—milestone anniversary celebrations of stores throughout the chain.
