West Chester Pike Closing Daily In Newtown Township This Week
Fiber optic installation work will affect traffic on a portion of West Chester Pike in Newtown Township during the daytime this week.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A Newtown township road will have closures this week due to fiber optic work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, West Chester Pike/Route 3 will have a lane closure during the week.
The affected portion of road is at the intersection with Charles Ellis Drive.

The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
