West Chester Pike Lanes To Be Restricted Overnight Thursday In Newtown
Not only will lanes be restricted, the road will see four 15-minute closures throughout the night, PennDOT said.
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – West Chester Pike in Newtown Township will see traffic interruptions overnight Thursday, July 20 and into Friday, July 21 due to PECO work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, PECO is planning lane restrictions, with four 15-minute traffic stoppages throughout the night, on West Chester Pike at Clover Lane.
The restrictions and closures will begin at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 20 and end Friday, July 21 at 5 a.m., PennDOT said.

PECO crews will be working on cable installation, PennDOT said.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. The schedule is weather dependent.
