West Chester Pike In Marple Seeing Lane Closures
The closures will affect the eastbound and westbound lanes Tuesday and Wednesday. See details on the closures here.
MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA – Lanes of West Chester Pike in Marple Township are set to close for several days this week, according to PennDOT.
On Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., a right lane closure is scheduled on eastbound West Chester Pike/Route 3 between Ardmore and Lawrence roads, PennDOT said.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. the left lane will close in the same area.

Work then moves to the westbound lanes on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the right lane of westbound West Chester Pike/Route 3 will close between Ardmore and Lawrence roads.

A double left lane closure will be in effect from 10 a.m. to noon on Feb. 7, between Ardmore and Lawrence roads, as well, PennDOT said.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas.
The work schedules are weather dependent.
