Woman Exposed Genitals, Destroyed Merchandise In Delco Store: Police
A 26-year-old woman is accused of destroying $700 worth of merchandise and exposing her genitals to shoppers in a Delaware County Walmart.

UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — A woman was charged with indecent exposure and more after authorities said she destroyed merchandise and then exposed her genitals inside a Delaware County Walmart.
The incident occurred at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday at the Walmart, 605 Conchester Highway in Upper Chichester.
Upper Chichester Police were called to the store for a report of a person destroying things inside the store.

Police learned the person, later identified as Chiquita Morgan, 26, of Philadelphia, destroyed about $700 worth of items then exposed her genitals to patrons of the store before staff stopped her, police said.
Responding officers found the woman, who they said gave several fake names, before being identified as Morgan, according to police.

She was then taken into custody, police said.
