1 Killed, 1 Hurt In Shooting Near Delaware County Park: Police
Amir Rambert, 18, was fatally shot Monday near Memorial Park in Chester, according Chester Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky.
CHESTER, PA — An 18-year-old man died and a teenager was hurt in a shooting near a Delaware County park Monday, police said.
The shooting occurred at about 8:24 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of Engle Street in Chester, near Memorial Park, Chester Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky said.
First responders found a man, later identified as 18-year-old Amir Rambert, suffering gunshots to his chest and legs.

Rambert was taken to a hospital, where he later died, police said.
Another victim was found near Memorial Park's pavilion.

According to police, that victim, a 17-year-old boy, was taken to hospital for a gunshot wound to his leg.
