100th and Final Class Graduates from Nativity BVM School
The 21 students from Nativity BVM School's Class of 2012 were honored Wednesday.
celebrated its final and 100th graduating class on Wednesday.
"We were always ready for this, but with the school closing it's much more emotional," Virgina Marcozzi, 14, said.
The 21 graduating 8th graders received their certificates and will move on to several different high schools next year, including Cardinal O'Hara, Villa Maria Academy, Malvern Prep, St. Joseph's Prep, Merion Mercy Academy, Penncrest, Strath Haven, Archbishop Carroll, Bonner, Bishop Shanahan and Salesianum School.

The 8th graders were excited to graduate but said it was a bittersweet ceremony as they will be the final class to graduate from .
"It's so sad but I'm excited for high school," Sarah Matson, 14, said.

Nativity BVM and St. John Chrysostom will merge into come September.
"It's cool being the 100th class," Maria Shiiba, 14, said.
