2017 Spring Social and Auction Benefits Benchmark School's Children's Fund
MEDIA, Pa. (March 23, 2017) – The Springhaven Club was alive with music and dancing when Benchmark School parents, faculty, staff and friends came together for the school’s annual “Spring Social and Auction” on Saturday, March 11.
Guests enjoyed cocktails and dinner as well as a raffle, wine wall, and a silent auction that featured a wide array of items including a week-long stay in Big Sky Montana, a 3-day Scottsdale golf getaway, a Food of New York/ New York TV and Movie Tour, Philadelphia Union tickets, Philadelphia Orchestra tickets, restaurant gift cards, and the ever-popular Benchmark items.
Hosted by the Benchmark Parents Association, the $45,000 raised from the Spring Social will benefit the Benchmark School Children’s Fund, which is used to purchase items that directly benefit Benchmark School students, such as iPads for classrooms, costumes and sets for the middle school musical, science equipment, and athletic equipment.
