$25K-Plus In Jewelry Stolen From Delco Home: PA State Police

State police said two diamond rings, two gold bracelets, and one gold necklace were stolen from a Delaware County home in January.

MIDDLETOWN, PA — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of various jewelry from a Delaware County home, and the value of the stolen items exceeds $25,000, authorities said.

Police on Jan. 21 got a report of a theft on Abel Place in the Media section of Middletown Township.

The victim, a 56-year-old woman from Media, reported various jewelry items were stolen from her house.

Taken was a two-karat diamond ring set in platinum, valued at $15,000, according to police.

Two bracelets — one being a charm bracelet with about 10 charms and the other a link charm bracelet with the charms removed, each valued at $500 each — were also stolen, according to authorities.

Also stolen were a one-karat diamond ring set in platinum with a miner's setting and a 20-inch gold necklace, police said.
