3-Car Crash Results in DUI Arrest

A Folsom man was arrested and charged in connection with driving under the influence after a three-vehicle crash at 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 14, according to

A 2005 Dodge, driven by Thomas McNish, 32, of Folsom, failed to stop and struck a 2007 Toyota Highlander in the rear, at the intersection of Route 926 and Andover Lane in Edgmont Township, according to State Police.

After the Dodge struck the Highlander, the Highlander was forced into the rear of a 2003 Audi, according to State Police.

McNish was arrested at the scene and charged with driving under the influence, according to State Police. He was placed in the Delaware County Jail in lieu of 10 percent of $30,000.

No one was injured in the crash.
