3 Media Nursing Homes Among Nation's Best: US News
Three Media nursing homes are among the best in America, according to a new U.S. News study.

MEDIA, PA – U.S. News & World Report has released its latest ratings identifying top nursing homes, and three in Media made the list. In the 2018-19 ratings, U.S. News evaluated 695 nursing homes in Pennsylvania and thousands across the country.
Three local facilities were named by the publication as "best nursing homes." The homes are given an overall rating as well as a short-stay rehabilitation rating, a new addition to the ratings that are now in their ninth year.
U.S. News explains that the new rehab rating is aimed at providing patients "with a clearer view of the quality of care provided by nursing homes to short-stay patients" who need rehabilitation or nursing services after suffering from an accident or illness.
