9/11 20th Anniversary Event Planned Friday In Delco
The District Attorney's Office is hosting the event in Rose Tree Park Friday morning.
MEDIA, PA — The Delaware County District Attorney's Office is hosting a memorial event Friday commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer on Friday will host the event at Rose Tree Park.
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. Friday in the area of the law enforcement memorial at Rose Tree Park.

The District Attorney’s office is collaborating with other County officials in making the arrangements for this event, and all members of County Council and the row officers are expected to be in attendance, as well as many of Delaware County’s elected representatives.
Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon is also expected to be in attendance.
