9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Planned For Monday In Delco

MEDIA, PA — Monday marks the 22nd anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States and Delaware County is holding its annual remembrance ceremony on the anniversary.

Delaware County’s annual September 11th Day of Remembrance Ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday in Rose Tree Park.

Delaware County will honor those who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001 and the county’s First Responders who have died in the line of duty, and will give thanks to those who continue to serve the community.

The community is invited to gather to pay tribute to fallen first responders and give thanks to those who continue to serve and protect the community.

Rose Tree Park is located at 1671 N. Providence Road in Media.
