• Delco's Ex-Emergency Services Director Found Guilty Of Sexual Misconduct (patch.com) — Residents in and around Media are learning that former Delaware County Emergency Services Director Timothy Boyce was convicted in the county courthouse of indecent assault and harassment involving two former employees. Jurors returned guilty verdicts on four misdemeanor counts after detailed testimony about unwanted touching, kissing, and lewd comments, and Boyce now awaits a December sentencing that could include jail time while his attorney plans to seek probation.
   

• Expanded Delaware County mental health fair set for next Saturday (upperdarbynow.com) — A greatly expanded Delaware County Mental Health Fair is coming to the courthouse on Front Street in Media this Saturday, Oct. 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. With about 60 providers, local speakers including Media's mayor, and free classes like cardio, meditation, and martial arts, the fair aims to connect residents with a wide range of mental health resources and a new SideKick app.
