Tony DeCicci, branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Media office, is pleased to announce that Victoria Carlson has joined the Coldwell Banker Preferred Media office as a full-time sales associate.
A 2004 graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Carlson also received her Master’s of Science in the Science of Instruction this year from Drexel University. Her father is an established real estate investor and Carlson has worked with his real estate investment company, ResCom Real Estate Investments, for several years as a property locator and renovation orchestrator.

While with ResCom, she became a Home Staging Resource (HSR) Certified Professional Home Stager & Redesigner and established a home staging company, Victorious Home Staging, LLC.

“Victoria is very passionate and enthusiastic about real estate,” said DeCicci. “She has the knowledge and the expertise to fulfill the needs of home sellers and buyers throughout the Philadelphia suburbs of Delaware, Montgomery and Chester Counties.”
“I approach my business with the thought that ‘Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion.’” Carlson said.
In her spare time, Carlson enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoys weekends in Stone Harbor, NJ where her family owns a vacation home. She was born and raised in Delaware County and has lived in Media for over 20 years.
