Aqua PA Work To Restrict Delco Roads This Week

Two Delaware County roads will be restricted this week as Aqua PA will be working to install water mains, PennDOT said.

Beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday Jan. 18, Aqua PA's work will restrict Manchester Avenue, between Radnor Street and Wallingford Avenue, in Media Borough and Nether Providence and Upper Providence townships. Work will go until 3 p.m. and traffic will be controlled by flag crews, PennDOT said.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday Jan. 19 through Friday, Jan. 20, Aqua PA's work will restrict Baltimore Pike between Edgmont and Radnor streets in Media Borough and Nether Providence and Upper Providence townships. Traffic will be controlled by flagging, PennDOT said.

The work schedule is weather dependent, PennDOT said.

Motorists traveling through these areas are advised to allow extra time or consider alternate routes.
