Aston-Middletown Little League Set To Begin District Tournament

2 years ago, the 10-year old Aston-Middletown Little Leaguer's were the Pennsylvania State Champions, making it all the way to the championship game in Regional's all the way up in Cranston, RI, with just one win away from becoming New England Champions.

If they were 12-year's old, that championship game would have a trip to the Little League World Series on the line, with the winner heading to Williamsport.

Now 2 years later, that same team will have a chance at that opportunity. Even with several roster changes, it will be a long and tough journey. The 10-year old team had to win over 20 games to make it to that position, and couldn't lose more than a game or two.

Watch Aston Middletown take on Ridley during the first District Game at Ridley Little League tomorrow, Sunday, July 3rd, at 4pm.
